Lock Haven Hospital Extended Care Unit Names Administrator  

Lock Haven, PA – Lock Haven Hospital’s Extended Care Unit (ECU) has named Amy Comstock, RN, NHA, as the Administrator of the facility.

Comstock has served as the Director of Nursing, for the Extended Care Unit since April of 2009. She began her tenure at the facility in 1989 and has served in a variety of capacities. Comstock holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from West Haven University (CA). She had been serving as the interim Administrator during the search period.

“As we conducted a search for a new administrator for the Extended Care Unit, we soon realized that we have an experienced, skilled and compassionate leader to fill this critical position,” said Cindy Segar-Miller, Chief Executive Officer, Lock Haven Hospital. “Amy brings the experience to address the diverse needs of our patients and oversee the delivery of the quality care we expect and the patients deserve.”

The Lock Haven Hospital - Extended Care Unit provides extended term nursing care, physical and occupational therapy, nutrition services and a full range of activities for residents of the facility.
