Lock Haven Hospital Promotes Strouse to Controller
Lock Haven, PA – Lock Haven Hospital has announced that April Strouse, the hospital’s accounting manager has been promoted to controller of the facility. In this role, Strouse will oversee all accounting, accounts payable, and payroll functions for the hospital.
“I am excited to make the announcement that April Strouse has been promoted to controller of Lock Haven Hospital. April has done a tremendous job for us as an interim controller and we are pleased to make this permanent,” said Brian Balutanski, chief financial officer, Lock Haven Hospital. “April’s hard work and dedication to Lock Haven Hospital have made her an invaluable member of our team.”
Prior to joining Lock Haven Hospital in 2003, Strouse served as a general account for Cerro Metal products in Bellefonte, Pennsylvania. Strouse holds Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Lock Haven University.

Strouse is a 2009 graduate of the Leadership Clinton County program. She serves on the Croda Community Action Council and is the vice president of the Central Mountain Softball Booster Club.
