Lock Haven Hospital Welcomes New Director of QMRC

Oversees Quality Management and Regulatory Compliance

Lock Haven, PA – Lock Haven Hospital has announced the addition of Susan Light to the position of Director, Quality Management and Regulatory Compliance (QMRC).

Prior to joining Lock Haven Hospital, Light served as the System Director of Quality Management for the Schuylkill Health System in Pottsville, PA. Light also spent 18 years working as the Director of Quality/Risk Management/Infection control and as the Infection Control Coordinator for Good Samaritan Hospital in Pottsville, PA.

“We continue to focus on improving the quality of the care we provide and Susan will play a critical role in that process” said Cindy Segar-Miller, chief executive officer, Lock Haven Hospital. “She brings extensive, broad-based experience to the position and we are excited to tap into her skills to continue our evolution.”

Light holds a Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology from Bloomsburg State College.
