   Lock Haven Hospital Welcomes New Pain Management Specialist

LOCK HAVEN, PA – Lock Haven Hospital in conjunction with Frontier Pain Management is pleased to announce that Marek Kurowski, MD, MBA, MPT, is opening his practice in pain management, with Haven Pain Management located on the second floor of Lock Haven Hospital on August 3, 2010.

Dr. Kurowski completed a Pain Medicine Fellowship at The Pennsylvania State University College of Medicine, Milton S. Hershey Medical Center, Hershey, PA.  He is Board Certified by the American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. Dr. Kurowski completed his residency in physical medicine and rehabilitation at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine, Montefiore Medical Center.

Kurowski also earned his Master of Business Administration from Florida Atlantic University and holds a Master of Physical Therapy from the University School of Physical Education, Krakow, Poland.

Dr. Kurowski will utilize a wide variety interventional treatment options to address spinal, upper and lower extremity, sports and overuse, and neurological injuries and pain.

Dr. Kurowski will be available for scheduled office appointments, nursing home and hospital consultations.
