Tracy Foster Promoted and Graduates with BSN


Lock Haven PA – In our attempt to provide Quality Care, Right Here Lock Haven Hospital is proud to announce Tracy Foster was recently promoted to Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) in the Extended Care Unit (ECU) of Lock Haven Hospital.

Tracy, a 1995 graduate of Pennsylvania College of Technology with an Associates degree in nursing, joined the ECU staff as the Admissions Coordinator in May 2006. As evidenced by her dedication, Tracy was promoted to the position of ADON in November 2007. Tracy is an active member of the ECU’s Activities Team, volunteering her time and energy to benefit the Resident’s and Community.

Because the BSN program was unavailable when Tracy graduated in 1995, she returned to the PCT campus in 1997. Completing one class per semester Tracy graduated December 22, 2007.

Tracy and her husband Roger reside in Salona with their daughters Mallory and Abby.
