Sanchita Yadalla, M.D., FACOG

Dr. Yadalla is a Board Certified OB/GYN physician who graduated from J.J. Hospital of Grant Medical College in Bombay, India. She completed her OB/GYN residency at Rush University in Chicago, Ill. Dr. Yadalla practiced for several years in New York state and moved to Lock Haven in 2009 to join Haven Healthcare for Women. She has expertise in all areas of OB/GYN care.

Pankaj G. Mehta, M.D., FACOG

Lock Haven Hospital and Haven Healthcare for Women is pleased to welcome OB/GYN, Pankaj G. Mehta, M.D., FACOG to the practice located on the third floor of Lock Haven Hospital, 24 Cree Drive.

Dr. Mehta spent ten years with Women’s Healthcare Associates and the Susquehanna Health Medical Group in Williamsport. Prior to joining Susquehanna Health, Dr. Mehta worked 22 years as a solo practitioner.

Mehta is a Fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists and a Diplomate of the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. She earned her medical degree from the B J medical College, Gujarat University, Ahmedabad, India. She served her residency in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Maryland General Hospital and Lutheran Hospital, Baltimore, Maryland.
