Haven Skilled Rehabilitation & Nursing (formerly ECU) is a 90-bed dually licensed facility approved by the state of Pennsylvania and certified by Medicare and Medicaid. Our mission is to provide comprehensive post-hospital medical and rehabilitative care for patients who have experienced injury or severe illness.
Through carefully planned rehabilitation, patients can recover or increase their ability to perform daily activities. We can ease your worries and provide the rehabilitation services you need to help get you back on your feet … and back to life. After completion of an acute-care stay, our program allows you to rehabilitate close to home, even if you start at a different hospital.

Nursing services provide comprehensive resident assessments, development of individualized resident care plans, focused on the residents' personal strengths and goals. Skilled nursing provides services in the areas of wound care, IV therapy, assessment and patient/family education.
The family is an integral part of the resident's success. Whether the resident is staying short term for skilled rehabilitation or nursing or choosing to live permanently in the extended care unit, social services and interdisciplinary team works closely with the resident and family for the smoothest transition to achieve their highest well being.
We also provide residential care to those who are no longer able to live on their own or need care beyond that which family members can provide.
